father, Commander Sky Tate. Dallas has never really taken his training seriously
because he knew he could never live up to his father's legacy. When he is given
Green Ranger instead of Blue he becomes determined to prove he is ever bit the
Ranger his father was.
Dallas is a friendly guy, liked by most of the cadets, but he is also very spoiled
because of his mother, Sydney, buying him anything and everything he wanted,
despite Sky telling her not to.
